Deciding to ask an outside firm to assist with HR services can be stressful. That’s why we’ve developed three different package options to help get you started. These options provide a range of service offerings from by-the-hour a la carte, to full-service contract support. Here’s what’s included in the package:

a la carte

This option is a by-the-hour solution that gives you complete control of how involved we get with your business. We’ll start with a short conversation to understand your situation, then provide you with a written agreement outlining the services and our role. We’ll invoice you monthly, at the end of each month, and provide an itemized invoice so you know exactly what we’ve done for you. No surprises. Nearly any type of HR function can be contracted, including:

A written agreement will initiate our relationship. All services will be billed at $175 per hour, after the end of each month. A full and detailed accounting of our time will be provided with the monthly invoice. Invoices are net 15.
