Deciding to ask an outside firm to assist with HR services can be stressful. That’s why we’ve developed three different package options to help get you started. These options provide a range of service offerings from by-the-hour a la carte, to full-service contract support. Here’s what’s included in the package:

Navigator

This monthly subscription solution is perfect for small & medium businesses that have a wide variety of needs. The flat monthly fee provides up to 4 hours of services per month, and allows you to plan your HR expenses, eliminating surprises.

We’ll agree upfront on what services are most valuable to you, and also provide on-call support for things you can’t anticipate. This gives you complete control of how involved we get with your business.

We’ll start with a short conversation to understand your situation, then provide you with a written agreement outlining the services and our role. We’ll invoice you monthly, after the end of each month, and provide an itemized invoice so you know exactly what we’ve done for you. No surprises. Nearly any type of HR function can be contracted, including:

A retainer fee of $500 will initiate our relationship. Invoices are sent at the beginning of each month. At the end of each month, hours will be reconciled. If any month exceeds the 4-hours allotted, or fails to use the full 4-hours, the additional or excess time will be billed or credited at the end of the month. A full and detailed accounting of our time will be provided with the monthly invoice. Invoices are net 15.
