These options provide a range of service offerings from by-the-hour a la carte, to full-service contract support. Here’s what’s included in the package:

Subscriber

This monthly subscription solution is for businesses looking for HR support, but not wanting to add staff. We’ll work with you to tailor a package that suits your needs exactly. We have flexibility on how to structure this so it works best for you – either a flat fee, set number of hours, or even a specific set of tasks. This gives you complete control of how involved we get with your business.

We’ll start with a short conversation to understand your situation, then provide you with a written agreement outlining the services and our role. We’ll invoice you monthly, at the end of each month, and provide an itemized invoice so you know exactly what we’ve done for you. No surprises. Nearly any type of HR function can be contracted, including:

A retainer fee of $500 will initiate our relationship. Invoices are sent at the end of each month. Accounting of our time will be provided with the monthly invoice. Invoices are net 15.
